This large multipurpose office/warehouse consists of 3 warehouses with a double storey office at the front. There is also an adjoining lunch bar, the first in the Forrestdale Business Park! In shed 3 there is a washdown bay and at the rear of the property there are 4 mulch bays and a petrol diesel bowser. A passenger lift has also been installed in the office to comply with the Disability Act of Access.
