This has now been my third project with Alita Constructions and although I have had different site supervisors and contract administrators the amazing company culture permeates through their business. A positive can-do attitude with values that run deep within their employees, such as honesty, integrity, quality workmanship and keeping their word. In a time of extreme uncertainty, chaos and market volatility due to the global pandemic our project was built on time and under budget. Meeting our expectations at every milestone and working closely with flexibility in the build process as well as a high level of trust upon each other the finished product is a true masterpiece and testament to their hard effort and diligence in all Alita does. I would especially like to thank Steve for being our site supervisor, who has an enthusiastic aura of energy and a willingness to make everything work out, I would like applaud our Project Manager Johnny for keeping us well within budget and on time and also John Swarts our Contracts Administrator who not only did all our running around for colours and finishes but got on the tools to build our sound desk so the job could be completed on time due to the labour shortage. Just another fine example of the culture of all Alita staff ensuring the jobs done well. I can only strongly recommend Alita Construction and look forward to engaging them again as my builder of choice in the years to come.
