John Calvin School Campus in Capel 3D walkthroughs
Alita Constructions has partnered with Creative Aero to bring you a series of 3D walkthroughs of the recently completed John Calvin School Campus in Capel. See below.
A special camera collects accurate visual and spatial data to map entire areas in minutes and using powerful algorithms automatically stitches them into a complete, immersive 3D model of a real-world building.
How to use it?
Well, if you own a set of VR glasses you can use the Matterport VR app for Gear VR, Cardboard, and Daydream. Otherwise, you can view it direct from your web browser on your desktop or mobile device. When you select to watch the video, the view will show the “Dollhouse” of the building, if no buttons are clicked it will automatically guide you through the building. However, at any point using your mouse or finger (on your mobile device) you can direct where you would like to go throughout the building.
