Alita Constructions is an industry-leading provider for the construction of schools and educational centres. Alita has worked on a variety of private school builds and are qualified for state government projects to the value of $6 million.

While our state government school projects are generally based on open tender, our private school construction projects enable us to partner with the school itself to develop the campus and map out the construction stage of each component.

We undertake an initial consultation to work out the client’s school construction requirements, the conceptual school designs and the general cost plans. This enables schools to lodge funding applications and commence liaison with statutory authorities for building and design approvals. The process of design coordination means we can select experienced consultants who have pre-existing experience with the design of school buildings.

Building a school requires a construction contractor with a high degree of awareness around coordination and safety. Staff and student safety around the work zone is our number one priority.

As school construction is highly time-sensitive, we prioritize, where possible working on the build through school holidays in order to complete high-risk construction.
