Design and Construct Community Facilities for the City of Armadale

This design and construct project, designed in conjunction with Donovan Payne Architects, comprises of a pavilion type building to provide amenities and community space for the Roleystone cricket and netball sports clubs. The building will include change rooms, a kiosk, bar area and a club room, as well as covered outdoor areas to connect with the playing field and storage.

The project is expected to be completed in August 2020.

6/11/2020 – City of Armadale

In a win for the people of Roleystone, the Cross Park Cricket and Netball Pavilion was officially opened on Friday, November 6 and is now ready to service the needs of sports lovers across the community.

Designed by Donovan Payne Architects and constructed by Alita Constructions, the pavilion building will provide amenities and community space for the Roleystone Karragullen Cricket and Roleystone Netball Clubs. The facility includes modern change rooms, as well as a kiosk, bar area and club room. The building also features a large covered outdoor viewing area, terraced seating addressing the oval and dedicated storage spaces. Read more.
