A: We can say what we want about our services, like our 100% client satisfaction record, however, actions speak louder than words. So, we encourage you to read our testimonials from past clients which shows how we treat our clients and how well we run the projects. Our strong focus is being honest and ethical in all dealings with clients and subcontractors and puts the clients needs first. Alita works hard for the client to assure a smooth and stress free building process.

A: Yes, Alita Constructions specialises in assisting clients right from the initial block purchase all the way to handing over the keys to the building. This is the most cost efficient way of building and is also a very good way in keeping to the clients budgets. Alita uses a Design and Construct contract for this. We have developed a 10 Step Construction Process – feel free to view it here.
A: Design and Construct is when a main contractor is appointed to design and construct the works, as opposed to a traditional contract, where the client appoints consultants to design the development and then a contractor is appointed to construct the works.
A: There are many benefits to building with concrete tilt panels. Tilt Panel construction is less prone to damage as it is hard wearing. It is also considered maintenance free, lasting a long time and is generally a faster build than traditional construction methods. Link to “The advantages of Concrete Tilt Panels” download.

A: Each concrete panel is poured on site (often on top of each other) inside a formwork that has been set up around the perimeter of the panel. Once the concrete is poured and set, the panel is ready to lift. Braces are attached to the panel and a large crane connects to the panels via cables to the lifting inserts in the panel. The crane then lifts the panel into place and lowers it down onto the footing and the braces are connected to the concrete panels.
