The Piara Waters (South) Pavilion Project for the City of Armadale has been progressing well. In the past few weeks the structural steel has been installed and the internal fitout has begun. The bricklayers are midway installing the 45 000 bricks required to form the internal walls. At the same time the roof plumbing contractors have started the guttering and roof sheeting and the service trades have begun installing pipework and cabling in the main pavilion. Mechanical services are due to start installing early next week with the external door and window frames are scheduled for early November. It is expected that the the main pavilion will be watertight within 4 weeks.
