“The Shire of Murray has recently completed the construction of Lovegrove Sports Pavilion in Pinjarra that was an architectural design build with Alita Constructions successful in the award of the tender.
The Shire cannot emphasise enough the positive endeavours and working relationship with Alita Constructions during the extent of the contract. With any build contract there are always clarifications or changes that need to be made and Alita where prepared to work with the Architects and Shire of Murray to provide a builder perspective and practical approach based on experience to continually push the build forward.
Alita Constructions ensured they were fully informed and where prepared to seek clarification on any aspect of the build to ensure an aligned approach. Their communication was always up front and honest, worked with the project team and aligned sub-contractors to best deliver the project within budget and agreed timetables.
