Factory Construction
This Project for Croker Construction, in Forrestdale, included a 100m2 washdown bay with 300m2 office (including mezzanine) and 850m2 of concrete carpark. The building has been designed for a civil construction company that required a 10 tonne crane to service their machinery. The project finished on time, whilst still allowing the client to complete their office fit out prior to handover.
This Project was completed in approximately 29 weeks (a month and a half early).
