This Design and Construct Church Project for Kingdomcity Perth is located in the City of Gosnells and includes 3225m2 of existing building to be renovated, and 335m2 of additional construction.
Navigating through this project will be more complex than usual, as the church will still be operating at the same time as construction. This means that the construction works will need to be staged to ensure minimal disruptions.
This Church is the third partnership between Alita Constructions and Kingdomcity Perth. We previously built:
- Kingdomcity Mandurah completed in 2019
- Kingdomcity Butler completed in 2022
This project is expected to be completed in October 2024.
