Alita Constructions has partnered with Kingdomcity Perth to construct the Kingdomcity Community Centre Church Mandurah.
This concrete tilt panel Church building will seat 500 people in the main auditorium facing a 120m² stage with baptism font. To the side of the stage are a green room and media/audiovisual rooms.
The 250m² foyer contains a lift and staircase to the upper floor and adjacent to the foyer are 3 x youth/kids activity halls, a family worship room and kitchen facilities. The upper floor will have an office fit out for the pastors and church staff and also a bridge/walkway across the foyer to the upper floor seating in the main auditorium.
Car parking, associated landscaping and playground equipment are included in the scope of works for the Community Centre Church.

The first 3 panels were poured on Tuesday at our @Kingdomcity Perth Mandurah Project. With a total of 60 panels, the team will continue pouring panels until mid-January 2019.
