This contract includes the design and construction of a two-storey office and a large warehouse towards the rear of the property.
The building is located within the City of Rockingham. The office will be 660m2, and the warehouse will be 3000m2. The building and hardstand together will total 11,718m2!
The project is expected to be completed in June 2025.
