Design and Construct Warehouse Development, Forrestdale, Perth is a modern multi-unit industrial warehouse development designed to deliver flexibility, efficiency, and functionality for warehousing, logistics, and trade-based operations. Located within Forrestdale’s growing industrial precinct, the project comprises three high-quality warehouse tenancies (U1, U2, and U3) with integrated office and amenities across a total gross floor area of approximately 7,405m².
Constructed using single-storey tilt panel construction with steel framing, each warehouse unit ranges between 2,100m² and 2,400m² and includes dedicated office spaces of approximately 150m² per tenancy. The development also features expansive 15m deep canopies, providing efficient loading access and all-weather protection for operational activities.
Purpose-built for racking, logistics, storage, and light industrial use, the development offers a contemporary industrial solution tailored to support efficient business operations and long-term functionality.
The project marks our 25th project within our Forrestdale Business Park, and is expected to be completed in February 2027.
