Merion Properties is located on the Eastern Seaboard of Australia which added a layer of complexity to managing the construction of two significant development projects in Western Australia. The sites leased by The Salvation Army, a successful government funded national retail chain, included two brand new showroom and retail store frontages in prominent locations of Ellenbrook and Byford. Quality of design, build and finishes required for the incoming tenant were paramount. Given our location, awarding the design and construct contract to the right contractor was our main priority and upon completion of significant due diligence we appointed Alita Constructions. Throughout the project, Alita Construction’s professional approach, continuous communication and teamwork exceeded our expectations. Alita delivered both projects on time, under budget and to an exceptionally high standard. The journey has allowed us to build a strong trusting and reassuring relationship.
