This Forrestdale warehouse construction includes a 5620m2 warehouse with a front office and a mezzanine floor which was designed specifically with the occupants needs in mind. It features an undercover loading bay area with a 5T overhead crane. A large driveway has been poured around the building to allow for easy access to the 11 roller doors by delivery trucks and forklifts.
The office floor has a nice polished concrete finish and the large amounts of glazing on the front of the building gives the office plenty of natural light into the office.
