This project is located in the Forrestdale Business Park, within the City of Armadale and entails the Design and Construct of a new Workshop.
This design and construct contract includes a two-storey office and workshop. The concrete tilt up construction has design features to accommodate large heavy earthmoving machinery, including a low crossover, thicker slab, road base foundations, and a heavy machinery washdown bay.
The project is expected to be completed in October 2021.
