Design and construct of a 2,000m² warehouse for storage and distribution of imported aluminium products and a 145m² ancillary office for the client’s administration and sales staff. The building is a concrete tilt panel construction with structural steel columns and roof framing and an internal overhead crane shifting and unloading materials.
Located in the Forrestdale Business Park, Perth, will allow the client to store and distribute imported products.
