The Serpentine Jarrahdale Community Resource Centre was a project with a tight budget and a tight schedule. It was completed within the six months given and was within the tight budget.
The construction included three panels. The front panel was made of brown concrete and later polished to show coloured stones. Face brickwork and stud walls completed the rest of the building. The building features a veranda three quarters of the way around as well raised and curved ceilings.
This Project was completed in approximately 24 weeks.
