Design and Construct of a 1,140m² Warehouse in Welshpool, Perth.
Being a warehouse for storing cardboard packaging with a high fire risk, the building was designed with a specific fire sprinkler system that will connect to the existing pumps and tanks on the site. The building was also designed to maximise the storage capacity of the building and includes a large overhanging awning to provide an area for unloading semi-trailers undercover.
