Every change you make later on adds on time, especially if the change needs to be made after the design stage has been completed or during construction. A clear indication of the following items before commencement of design will go a long way towards a smooth design process and transition into construction:

  • Your budget
  • The size and layout of your building
  • Company-specific requirements
  • Electrical usage and layout
  • Any specific design features, colours and logos that you would like to incorporate into the design.
  • Your intended fit out of the building, including the types of furniture and equipment that you will have in the building and the circulation space that they will need.

From our initial meeting, we have a process for gathering information to assist with the project definition to determine your project requirements. We seek to understand your business, your employees, your brand and your future business needs. From here a concept design is created, with a project brief, including preliminary estimates on the cost of the project to determine a budget.

At Alita Constructions, we believe that everyone utilising the building can provide great insight into ways the building can better complement their work and output. We’re not proposing to meet with your entire team but with this information, we will certainly want to meet with the decision-makers.

We can meet at your premises or ours.

Mark, our Building Consultant, will liaise with you and the appropriate consultants quickly and effectively. Throughout the project construction, our Construction Team will keep you up to date with the progress of the building.

We have a good understanding of what the bank requires for your finance, so if you haven’t got finance yet, we can help you with this.

We don’t aim to be one of the industry’s big builders, we aim to maintain our reputation for client relationships, attention to detail and quality builds which has turned many of our building contacts into ongoing and lasting relationships. Feel free to view our testimonials.
