Alita Constructions were awarded the Best Public Use Building ($5-$10 million category) for the construction of the Amaroo Village Senior’s Clubhouse at the elite 2021 Master Builders-Bankwest Excellence in Construction Awards on Saturday the 17th of July.
Completed in November 2020, the state-of-the-art senior’s clubhouse located in Gosnells has a unique rammed earth design encompassing a cafe, a commercial kitchen, residents’ lounge, internal dining for 124 people and external dining, an arts and craft room, library, salon and an activities centre.
